Seminar: The Pull of Water: Power, Place and Religion in the Sundarbans, King’s College London. The Archipelagic Indias seminar series is hosted by the King's India Institute, King's College London. Dr Luca Raimondi, MSCA Global Fellow, and Professor Ananya Jahanara Kabir, project PI, and Professor of English Literature, Department of English, are organising the seminar on the theme of ‘Archipelagic Indias’. This forms part of a larger (IATIO) project, India and the Indian Ocean in the Early Decolonial Period: Archipelagic Imaginaries, 1950s-1970s.
