The Memorial2007 Annual Lecture is hosted by the Institute of Commonwealth Studies and delivered by Professor Sir Hilary M Beckles, Vice Chancellor of the University of the West Indies.

It is a global call for justice, equality, freedom and inclusive participation for all.
