Apply for a full scholarship to the MA in Human Rights by distance learning
The Institute of Commonwealth Studies is pleased to be partnering with Commonwealth Scholarships Commission to offer 5 full scholarships for the September 2025 intake to our MA in Human Rights by distance learning.
The MA in Human Rights is a practice-based online Master's that builds the vocational skills students need to succeed as a human rights practitioner. Cutting-edge course content examines human rights issues from a practical perspective as well as theoretical and legal ones, so you’ll learn the essential skills needed to work in the field.
Funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships enable talented and motivated individuals to gain the knowledge and skills required for sustainable development.
Criteria
Applicants must already have been offered a place on our MA Programme.
We recommend that applications for the MA programme reach us no later than 9 May 2025.
Eligibility
In 2025, these scholarships will contribute to the provision of specialist training aimed at applicants from Low and Middle Income Commonwealth States.
