Director of Refugee Law Initiative quoted on the rise of unaccompanied minors fleeing violence

Dr David Cantor, Director of the Refugee Law Initiative, has been quoted extensively in Thousands flee violence in Latin America, an article in the humanitarian and international affairs magazine, Perspective. Using evidence gathered from his research on the protection of refugees and other displaced persons, Dr Cantor said the massive spike in unaccompanied minors entering the US, is the ‘tip of the iceberg of a new humanitarian crisis in the region’.
