Robertson, ICwS Senior Research Fellow and President/Chief Executive Officer at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI); has received the distinguished honour of being named an International Scholar by the Government of Canada's Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (Global Affairs Canada).
