HRC Director Damien Short appears in film on fracking

Human Rights Consortium (HRC) Director Dr. Damien Short appeared in a short film about fracking which was made by Earth Focus. Dr. Short's interest in unconventional fossil fuel extraction and its human rights implications led to the establishment of the HRC's Extreme Energy Initiative, which brings together scholars, human rights practitioners, activists and policymakers.
