ICWS@70 - Judge Albie Sachs, former ANC activist returns to the ICWS

On Monday 25th March 2019, Judge Albie Sachs, former ANC activist and member of the Constitutional Court of South Africa, returned to the Institute of Commonwealth Studies to make the keynote address to a workshop on The Institute of Commonwealth Studies and Human Rights.
