Philip Murphy talks to Scotland Tonight

Professor Philip Murphy, Director of the Institute of Commonwealth Studies (a sister-institute of the HR), was interviewed yesterday by Scotland Tonight regarding the continued relevance of the Commonwealth - a body which has come under scrutiny in light of the 2013 CHOGM being held in Sri Lanka, whose government is accused of committing brutal war crimes against its own citizens during the civil war in 2009.
